Jean-Baptiste Olagne is the Client Engagement Director and Head of Page Resourcing in Switzerland. As a solutions-led executive he is highly specialised in everything related to total talent management from addressing work life balance initiatives for candidates, to creating strong D&I objectives within organisations.
After graduating with a master’s degree in business, Jean-Baptiste joined Page Personnel in 2008 as a trainee consultant in banking and financial services. Since then he has helped many clients towards their transformation journey by implementing easy-to-use, efficient processes that have become blueprints for their future growth. As a member of the shadow executive board at PageGroup, which endeavors to tackle recruitment challenges through out of the box thinking, he believes constant innovation will be key to becoming the business leaders of tomorrow.
Outside of work he’s a busy Dad to three daughters and serves on various youth associations, but to relax you’ll find him deeply absorbed in a history book.
